Your best life is just down the Road

Teaching that inspires you and a community that lifts you up.

The struggle is real...

Let's admit it. Life can be difficult. Financial challenges, worry, poor choices, addiction, anxiety, shame, the list goes on and on. Whatever you're struggling with, it's easy to feel stuck when you don't have the tools or support you need. But it doesn't have to be that way.

We believe your life can change in a powerful way

We focus on Jesus Christ and the truth of God's word and allow that to transform our lives, relationships, and perspectives on the things that have felt challenging for so long!

What does your transformed life look like?

Peace through trials

Even at rock bottom you'll experience love that changes your normal reactions to challenging circumstances.

Joyful Living

With more peace in your life, you'll have more time to enjoy the little things you missed for so long.

Growth and Confidence

More peace and joy builds the kind of confidence that people can feel when they're around you.

Our member's lives have been transformed and yours can too!

Gina Jackson's Testimonial

A few years ago, when I transitioned to Flanders Road, I was feeling lost and empty. My spirit was lacking something……. I found myself questioning,” What is my purpose?” and “Does God hear me?” I then began my process of reconnecting to The Father. There were so many gaps in my understanding and my relationship with Him needed to be realigned. I sought out counsel within the church and started attending bible studies and other activities to assist with my revival process.

God has a way of knowing what you need even before you ask for it. I know I was led to Flanders for a reason. During my journey, I became a foster mom and God placed Mason in my life. This little guy gives me a new purpose and a sense of joy that I didn’t even know I needed. When people ask why I chose to become a foster mom, my reply is “I am on an assignment from God.”

The key for me, is to maintain a close relationship with God and stay in His word continuously. We know that our salvation is not earned….it was the gift given when Christ died for our sins. Every day we have a choice…. I choose to stand in faith, I choose to believe!! I know that God is ready, willing, and able to assist with overcoming any trial this life may send my way. Being led to Flanders Road Church of Christ has continued to open the doors of my understanding. I pray for continued wisdom and growth in Him.

Praise the Lord!!

You aren't alone

At Flanders Road, we're a lively congregation that is active in our community. We're the kind of church where if you have an idea on ways to serve, give back, or love our community, we'll get behind you and help make it a reality.

We aren't a church where you blend into the crowd and can't have any impact. We encourage growth, we develop our youth as powerful Christian leaders, and we love including new faces into our many activities.

Join us this Sunday and start your transformation.

Some common questions about what to expect:

When are your worship services?

We meet for Bible Class on Sundays at 9:30 am followed by our Worship Service at 10:30 am. We then have a Sunday Evening worship service at 6:00 pm and we also have a Bible Study on Wednesday nights at 7:00 pm.

What are your worship services like?

Our worship services consist of singing and praising God with our voices (a cappella singing with no instruments) along with a few prayers, scripture readings, partaking of communion every week, and a teaching from our minister.

What should I wear to your services?

You’ll find people dressed in a variety of ways on Sunday mornings. Some dress in a suit, and others come in jeans and a button-up or jeans and a T-shirt.

What can I expect for my children in your services?

We believe children are a great gift from God and that it’s a joy to have them join in our worship services with us. Scripture calls families to worship the Lord together, so we encourage parents to have their children with them in the worship service. For ages 2 and under we do offer a nursery. For ages 2 (must be potty-trained) through kindergarten we offer a kids worship service.

What can I expect when I arrive at the church?

As soon as you're in the parking lot and walking to the door, you’ll be greeted by a smiling face. We'll point you in the right direction and help get you to where you need to go. If that's a Bible Class, we'll walk you to it. If it's for worship, we'll lead you to the auditorium and help you find a seat! We encourage everyone to arrive 15 minutes before the service to meet new friends, get comfortable, and find a seat.

How can I attend online?

On Sunday mornings, we stream our Bible Classes and Worship service on our YouTube Channel starting at 9:30am and 10:30 am EST (please allow a few minutes for the stream to start). We also host our Bible Classes and Worship services on Zoom. Click Here to watch online.
